This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best 👌
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Booking and entering caravan was made very easy. Caravan was clean and everything we needed was on hand.

Very clean caravan in a great location, we had everything needed for a great stay. There was bread, milk, eggs and other extras in our van on arrival which was very unexpected but fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Caravan was perfectly situated on the site, a few minor niggles, the decking wasn't swept and covered in cigarette butts and leaves and needed some attention as well as the furniture on the decking when we arrived, the duvets and pillows could maybe be replaced as few stains noticed when making up beds, the oven didn't work however there was a ninja grill which was great but if trying to cook a big meal would cause issues and a few times had issues with heating, it was cold in the morning and got it working one morning but it wouldnt work other mornings so maybe some clear instructions on how heating works would be helpful, having said that we really enjoyed our stay and issue with duvet cover was addressed the same day also booking and information provided by karen and Mike before our stay was amazing so would stay again
Great location. Laundrette was closed which was an inconvenience however we contacted kmh hols and we were able to get a clothes horse from them, thank you.
Absolutely beautiful caravans, fabulous, spacious decking and with very competitive prices. We have stayed in a few caravans over the years and these were by far the best. Would definitely recommend and will definitely choose KMH Caravan holidays again if we return to flamingo land. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you.

Our caravan was great, very clean and beds where comfortable. No issues with anything inside other than no hoover or sweeping brush, so it was annoying using the small hand brush each day to keep tidy.

Caravan was lovely, really clean with everything we would need.
Ideal location being on Flamingo Resort and very close to Malton town and Pickering.
Will definitely use KMH again.
We had a few issues on arrival, lack of cooking utensils and oven not working but Mike rectified these in good time and provided us with the stuff which was missing ie glasses pans etc. He went out of his way to lend us his slow cooker and also bought and actifryer to use instead of the cooker. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the van especially in these Covid times and this was also reported to Mike.
All in all though the van was in an ideal location and suited me, my family and our little dog and we were extremely happy with the service from Mike that we have re-booked for September 2021.
The caravan was perfect, absolutely spotless and beds are very comfy. It was equipped with everything you could as for.
A great location just a very short walk to the park.
All bedding was included which was a bonus and wow what a welcome pack, bread, eggs, milk and cereal plus coffee tea and jams.
We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to family and friends.
