This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best đź‘Ś
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Lovely clean caravan, can’t wait to come back.
Caravan was a fair walk to the park but saying that it was surrounded by plenty of land for the kids to play.
Caravan would have benefited with some leaflets/menus of local area and restaurants/takeaways as not many places to eat on site.
The Caravan was spottles on arrival and had all the basics required for our stay.

Booking was very simple. Caravan was lovely, very clean and provided an extremely comfortable stay. There was many extras in the caravan, toilet rolls, hand wash, cleaning materials, coffee maker and even a travel cot.
Great location and amenities and the team were always there to help with any questions.
Superb caravan in ideal spot. Very clean and had everything we needed.
We were a little disappointed that not all the attractions were fully open, but understood why. Although we couldn't understand why the
'The walk on the wild side ' wasn't open.
One of the caravans had a broken table, which had previously been entered into the visitors book and one had a blocked toilet (luckily it had 2) which was reported but not fixed.
We also thought the amusements would be open earlier and later for the residents only.
We did enjoy ourselves though and had a great holiday.
Would be helpful if paper maps of the park were available that showed where the various rides and animals etc were.

Unfortunately we was not aware of the blocked toilet until we arrived to clean.

Excellent company who always replied straight away. Was very understanding when we checked out later than planned due to my husband having hurt his back. Caravan was very nice and had everyhtigb needed.
Caravan was lovely. A little further out than ideal but that’s just because I have a slow walking 3 year old who won’t go in a buggy.
As discussed we didn’t have enough cutlery or outdoor seating for 6.
Oven didn’t work, grill provided but wasn’t made aware of oven issues.
Caravans were clean on arrival, we were lucky and were able to access our Caravans early at 12.30pm! Great location not far to walk to swimming or the park. Playground was next to us so could sit out while kids played.
Only downside was lack of places to eat on site but this may have been linked to Covid as some restaurants hadn't re-opened and others only did food up until 3pm leaving limited options. The Caravans had great fridge freezer and big supermarkets were a 15min drive away.
We had an amazing time here. Caravan was perfect and everything you need is there. Communication with owners was great. Will be staying again. Thank you so much
