This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best š
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

We really enjoyed our mini break away and the caravan was a perfect place for us to rest. However we do have a few suggestions in which the cleanliness could be improved.
On arrival we noticed the shower was still full of hairs,
The kitchen sink had food inside
cheese grater was covered in dried cheese
Tostie machine hadn't been cleaned
The kettle was full of lime scale, I couldn't enjoy a brew without bits floating in it.
These few things impacted the stay a little, but if they were taken care of the stay would of been perfect.

Before we arrived we received lots of really useful information about our stay and any questions we had were replied to promptly. The caravan was immaculate and had good facilities, tassimo machine was a nice extra. We will definitely return again. All the staff at flamingo land we spoke to were extremely nice and helpful. Evening entertainment is brilliant. We enjoyed going swimming each morning too. Excellent stay
Mike was very helpful and quick to answer questions all the way from my initial enquiry to whilst I was on holiday. The caravan was lovely very warm and homely and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing break away. The park itself was fantastic and my 8 year old son had the time of his life. Staff at the park were helpful and friendly. The entertainment was good quality and great fun - would recommend KMH to friends and family - price wise we saved hundreds compared to booking direct with the park itself.
Absolutely fantastic weekend break at flamingoland, we stayed in Beech Grove 84, the caravan itself was lovely so homely, spotlessly clean & smelling lovely, the welcome pack was a lovely extra little touch. Would definitely recommend, booking with KMH was easy & straight forward & any questions were answered immediately. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend break, Wendy & family

We had a great stay, Although afew cleanliness issues, Rubbish left in bin from previous guests, cracked glass in cupboard, Drawers had crumbs and rice left in them. Other than that, Everything you need provided and location is great. Little park at the back for the kids to play on. Will definitely book again in the future.
