This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best 👌
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Very tidy spacious caravan. Zero issues locating. All facilities with van.
thought the time for checking out was too early. with 4 kids it was hectic. 11 am would be better. loved the caravan and facilites tho. we all had a great time. thanks for having us. ps a colander in the caravan woul be great. regards violet fullertom
11am Check out would be great for the guests. Not too good for the cleaners though :)
Caravan was clean, good location away from park area. It had good plenty facilities however could be improved with iron and iron board.
Also would be beneficial to have information re location of garden furniture which was under pull up bed.

Caravan was in a great location and was very clean and fresh inside. Look forward to booking again.
Clean caravan throughout. Close to theme park so not far to walk. Added extras I.e. coffee capsules, cereal, dvds a nice touch. Comfortable beds and warm bedding.
Did have a musky smell in main bedroom on arrival, unsure where it was coming from.
Required wooden spoon and peeler ad part of kitchen utensils.
The caravan was perfect and matched our needs 💯. The confusion at the beginning with the dog made us all slightly anxious with the dog but apart from that we had a fantastic holiday and the kids had a ball.

I loved the location it was so close to the pool a short walk to the shop and the ridas and the night life,I have to say the decking area topped it off was just beautiful sat out in the evenings I will most certainly book again thanks very much
We had a wonderful stay in willow grove with our family. The caravan was spotless with everything we could possibly need! We had problem with the gas not auto connecting to the reserve bottle and within literally 5 mins of messaging about it someone was there to fix it right away. We will definitely use KMH caravans again and will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family.
the owners were so helpful and pleasant to speak to. caravan was in a great location. a couple mins from the supermarket and 5 mins walk to the theme park. close to everything but also the area was nice and quiet too. netflix and prime on tv was great for the kids. tv in bedrooms was a bonus and all the little thing you usually have to bring with you like bin bags and washing up liquid etc was already there. we had the best time for my sons football tournament and have told karen we will definitely be visiting again. thanks so much for a lovely stay and for the great communication xx
Micheal is lovely and so helpful. Haven't met Karen but very pleasant in emails and communication. It's my 2nd year booking with them and already booked up for next year .
