This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best 👌
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Great communication throughout process. Caravan in reasonable condition for a caravan that allows dogs. The double bed could do with replacing. Nice little decking area available and right next to a park for kids. Also close to golf course for walking dogs.
Van was very bare .was disappointed that there was no tv in main bedroom .location was excellent..

Can't fault for anything.We had an amazing stay the caravan was perfect.
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely caravan,we had a brilliant time, but the two bathroom lights did not work, I couldn't find a swiping brush or Hoover to clean the floors and there was no gate on the decking, as I have a one year old child, it was not safe as she could wonder off and fall down the steps when the door of the caravan was open.
Thank you for your comments. I was unaware of lights not working in the bathroom, I will get them replaced.

Nice clean caravan, no cushions for out door seating , seating not in greatest condition(broke in a few areas.
Few cooker controls /knobs broken.
Small cheap frying pan doesn’t match the rest of the kitchen ware, all good quality.
Door hanger broken off, looks like they need raw plugs(4 hols in door at present .
Had to have BBQ on road as nowhere to sit a disposable bbq at caravan.
Also a few rides were off our full stay which was disappointing , if at the zoo bar in the evenings watch what your charged, my bill varied for the same drinks ??
All minor feedback, enjoyed our stay but the easy fixed could improve the next persons stay

Absolutely loved the Caravan/mini lodge! Was such a high standard throughout. Only reason I marked down for location as we found the walk far to the attractions but we didn’t let it affect our holiday and had a great time.
