This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best đź‘Ś
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

The caravan cleanliness wasn’t a problem but the location for us was a bit too far back. We had 2 travellers with restricted mobility so it was extra challenging to want to leave the caravan to walk so far and the mobile buggy wasn’t available. Around the park was pretty bad with ants/ wasps and spiders absolutely everywhere.
Beautiful caravan with plenty to keep the children entertained on rainy days. Very cosy and welcoming, can’t wait until our next stay!
Great location clean got everything there
One caravan had everything we needed apart from lamps. The second one needs more cooking utensils and knives as we struggled when making meals.
Also as I booked the vans together for a large family it would have been nice had they been closer and not opposite ends of the park.

We enjoyed our stay , with 2 autistic children with us nothing was a bother,the staff were very nice and made our stay enjoyable.Will definitely be back
We had a great time , everything was within walking distance , caravan site and facility's very clean , great for family's with children of all ages, zoo, pool and park great for kids .
The caravan was clean and comfortable. The instructions for entry were easy to follow. The only thing I’d change is that there wasn’t a frying pan.
Lovely caravan! Has everything you need! (apart from a sharp knife). Beds are comfy, location is great for little ones to play outside safely aa there is a big grass area away from the road. Decking area has direct sunlight day/evening perfect for relaxing. Communication with owners was perfect! Answered all questions and always able to make contact. Would highly recommend!
Would book again with yous just not caravan 13 willow grove needs updated couldn’t sit comfortably in the living area as the cushions are solid and also pillows in bedrooms was solid the decking area feels unsafe as if ready to give way
