This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best 👌
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Well equipped van that was spotlessly clean and value for money. Making 5 beds after 5 hours of travelling was hard work, but I understand the reasoning behind it. We look forward to returning next year. Many thanks 😊
Lovely homely clean karavan, very spacious lounge room , fully equipped, only thing is the caravan was a 10 min walk from the park but very close to the baths, in which i knew before i booked which made it all the fun walking to watch the entertainment etc so myself and my family did not mind , michael is very good at keeping intouch and so easy to communicate with ..well be booking again next year we really enjoyed the holiday not 1 fault.

Caravan was lovely. I asked a couple questions on their Facebook page and got a reply within a couple mins - excellent company.
Had such a lovely week stay, the caravan was lovely and clean. The coffee machine was an excellent touch along with the jams and cereals. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.
Really helpful fantastic van, just would of been nice to leave a fresh dishcloth and tea towel out for guests,

Van was very clean and despite being dog friendly you would never know any dog had been in the van
Basics had all been left for us to use ie kitchen roll toilet roll washing up liquid tea sugar etc

I was meant to leave a little note before I left but it slipped my mind on the morning but there was a bulb out in the living room and in the kitchen and the main bedroom. It didnt affect our stay but it's nice to be told. The only part of the van we were slightly disappointed with was the decking. Its really worn away, the gates dont close properly its rickety and wobbly and the bottom step has detached itself
My daughter on arrival was upset about her pillows on the bed as one had a mark on which she was disgusted at. It looked like poo on the pillow protector, but I think it was chocolate. I swapped her pillows and I have left the pillow itself with our linemen which was stripped off the beds so hopefully it will be cleaned for your next guests.
The decking was quite dirty in areas yellow and had soil spilt all over the end of it under the seats somehow as well.
Everything else was fine though!
Very nicely presented and well maintained, we were really impressed with the cleanliness.
Ideal location to access the park and pool.
We will definitely be booking again.
