This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best đź‘Ś
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Lovely friendly and so helpful people who I dealt with renting the caravan unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the van as the grill wasn’t working properly, kettle wasn’t switching itself of so was concerned it could have been dangerous, a little lamp would be nice, the ceiling lights too bright when you need to relax, just spend a few pounds on a decent toaster it’s ok people saying it’s only to sleep in, but no I payed a lot of money so I would like a few more home comforts Thank you
We have had a gas engineer out to the stove but he as said it was working ok. We will keep an eye on it.
Kettle seemed to be working for us but we have replaced it as a precaution.

Caravans were excellent, clean and with everything you want, our kitchen even had an air fryer. Everything was prepared for our arrival even welcome box to make a cuppa with a lovely biscuit. Our caravan also had TVs in bedrooms which the teenagers appreciated. We had two caravans for a family break, ages ranging from 2 years to 69 and a couple of teenagers to boot. The caravans were close to all amenities of Flamingo land but we were not disturbed by noise of an evening and spray a few nights in playing games and having a tipple. Karen and Mike are excellent host, they respond almost immediately to any queries or issues . I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Stayed in cedarwood 59 good location 5/10 minute stroll to main park. As usual caravan was spotless on arrival and smelt nice and fresh. Used kmh a few times and never had a problem. Quick to answer and questions when emailed.
Brilliant,just like every year! Karen and Mike are quick to help and support if there is anything you need. The caravan was lovely and clean. Fantastic holiday, we already can not wait for next year.

We chose to do the 1pm check in time for our four children to get unpacked and settled ready for a fun week arrived and didn't realise how easy and quick it was to find the caravan realised on the night time it is loud with people coming from entertainment venue back to there caravans it does get loud with people crossing over to were the caravan is
Only issue we did have was that the gates on the caravan didn't close and was easy for one of my twins to open
Brilliant stay, gorgeous caravan. WiFi connection was a little disappointing with younger children. Everything we needed was there, short walk to the facilities. Nice and quiet.

Really good location, great communication from booking to check out can’t fault it at all. Caravan was basic but had everything we needed and it was very clean! For half the trip I was alone with a toddler and felt very safe despite this, site was well maintained and security were always present.
I felt that items such as a floor brush would help keep floors and decking tidy ,could perhaps add s cheese grater , pizza cutter for convience and i personally would have liked a lamp as it eas iether the dark or to bright at night but overall i enjoyed my stay
Absolutely fantastic holiday. Really nice well presented modern caravan, great facilities. I hope to certainly visit again however I would take a hair dryer next time as there wasn’t one provided.
