This is the second year I have booked with KMH and I will not be booking with anyone else from now on as they are on the ball and up to date if you have any problems they get it sorted always helpful I have been coming to flamingoland for many years and KMH is the best 👌
I have been going with KMH for 5 years now and always had lovely clean caravans . They are only a message away if i have any problems and deal with them promptly. Micheal is a lovely chap and very understanding . He helped me out so much this year when i needed assistance . I would highly recomend them and i will continue to holiday with them for years to come .
Great business to deal with, and the caravans are clean and tidy(we had 4 this year).
We started of 4 years ago getting 2 and now more family and extended family love to come along.
Karen a d Mike are really helpful and are always on had to help with any issues that may arise.

Lovely quiet location near swimming pool nice caravan
With decking and outside seating
The best pet friendly caravan we have had. No issues at all. Had a great stay thank.you
Good communication from host Mike. He did visit the day after arrival after some issues were raised including dishwasher not working and light bulbs out. Messaged back quickly when electric tripped. Couple of things which let it down. Cleanliness of caravan on arrival (dishwasher, cooker top and cutlery/utensil drawers dirty. Vertical blinds and high surfaces very dusty. Appreciated the towels, alcohol based hand rub and hand soap but didn’t like all the clutter under the kitchen sink and all the teddies in the bedrooms. Some Of the crockery was chipped and not a full matching set including no full sets of glasses. TV missing from double room and not able to use one of the ones in twin rooms as no batteries in remote control. WiFi wasn’t good which was a challenge with three teens. Overall a good sized caravan, beds a good size, not a long walk from amenities and having a washing machine a great bonus.

Only thing I felt was missing was a vacuum as with 4 kids it's a must .

Info. before arrival excellent.
Caravan nice and clean. A bit mean on things like 1 toilet roll between 2 bathrooms, no salt pepper, washing up liquid etc.
WiFi dreadful slow or non existant and not secure.
We have no control over the wifi which the site have said they are in the process of upgrading.
We don't leave salt etc as we had complaints when we used to leave them.
Fabulous Caravan, great communication too. 11 of us stayed in 2 caravans, pet friendly too so even the dogs loved them!
Caravan was clean great location all amenities were there good value would definitely book again
Just come back from a week in A107 the caravan was very clean and spacious with everything you need in near all facilities five minutes from the park and food stalls and 2 minutes from the shop can’t recommend kmh caravans enough we will be back
